Room for rent needed

Hello, my name is Marvis. I am actively seeking a room to rent with a budget of approximately $300 per week, inclusive of utilities. Location is flexible as I have my own transportation.

My 12 year old son stays with me 3-4 days a week, and during the times he's not with me, I am working. As a single parent, managing rent, utilities, and health insurance can be challenging, which is why I am looking for a room. I am interested in a secure housing arrangement with a potential two-year lease.

Ideally, I prefer a room with a private bathroom. I am aiming to move in after July 15st.
