Professional - Seeking room for rent :)

Hi,

I’m Justin and I am looking to rent a room in the West Hollywood region. I currently reside in WeHo now but am looking for something long term as roomies!

Looking for a new place by June 1st to June 15th anywhere in there, but can be somewhat flexible on the date a little sooner, depending on the circumstance; June 1st being the latest. Looking and posting early on so there’s plenty of opportunity to find the right fit for both us! :)


I am looking for a room to rent in the $1100 - $1500 range (utilities included preferably) but can be flexible depending on the space and after we chat.
I am 36, super clean and respectful of others space and privacy. I regularly clean the common areas, kitchen, fridge, walkway, as a standard of mine. I work from home as well 8a-5p Monday through Friday. I keep to myself during working hours and otherwise I keep to myself after as well but am open to chat and hang too! I’m the roommate you see once in a while; Unless you’d like to chat and whatnot, I'm open to that as well!

I am driven, goal-oriented, tidy, love to walk and hike and enjoy the outdoors! Love good 2-3 hour long walks outside!

I don’t have house parties and I don’t smoke. Friendly, funny (my friends say) and enjoy having a good time and easy going. I don’t have pets or children. I have no partner. When I do meet with friends it may be briefly at home but always goes out elsewhere in the city for dinner, drinks,

In my spare time I enjoy taking walks through the area, I love to walk everywhere and find it calming and a great source of cardio, lol. I enjoy video games, movies, and music.

I am genuinely good vibes only and zero stress however cliche you want to take that as, I find it to be the best way to go about living. FYI, yes I can be fun and hang and all the good stuff.
