Female student close downtown 12months

I am looking for a single or double room. I am available to move in from 15/9/2023 or 1/10/2023 and have a budget of $900-$1200per month (including utilities). The ideal location would be Manhattan, Astoria, LIC, Woodside, North Brooklyn, East Williamsburg, and Bedford, Ridgewood. Hoping to find a place close to the train and about 30 commuting time to downtown Manhattan. I am looking for a lease term of 6 months to a year. I would prefer to share the restroom and the bath with females.
I would love to know more about you but also respect your space and privacy. I am easy to get along with. I am willing to do cleaning and keep areas tidy.
