Looking for a room :)

Hello! We are both 28 years old, he is about to start school soon. And I am just about to finish. We both work full-time, I work at a mental health hospital, and he works in a law office. For the most part we are both gone throughout the day, if anything I am home during the day because I am sleeping in order to wake up for my 12 hour overnight shift. So we are either home, or we are at work. But if we are home, we are likely sleeping. Lol. We don’t cook entirely too much, we do try to meal prep and then eat that for a few days so we’re not in the kitchen often. We like to hike, play video games. Mostly just spend time together whenever we do have downtime. We do have two cats, one is skittish and the other is super cuddly. For the most part they would stay in our room the whole time, Unless it was otherwise specified that they were OK to roam around. We currently have a catio for them right now, so a balcony/patio would be great. But of course it is not necessary.
