Hey there, my name is Anthony, and I'm looking for a room in Dallas for 3-12 months, maybe longer. I'm happy to sign a lease/rental agreement if required.

I'm 39, and work in marketing. I work hard, and am looking for somewhere quiet where I can rest.

I'm diligent with my bills, respectful of people and their property and am looking forward to meeting new people and acclimating myself to downtown. When I'm not working, I enjoy film, music, museums and nature. I don't drink or smoke and typically occupy my time on personal projects in my free time.
