28 year old female with dogs moving to NYC

I am planning my move to NYC so I’m looking for a room and roommate(s).

A little about me: I’m 28 and WFH as a Compensation Analyst full time. I’m an ambivert, so I would love to find some roommates opening to hanging out but do need recharge time too. I can easily stay at home and watch tv on the couch but I also like to go out occasionally to bars, museums, events, concerts, flea markets, etc.

I have two little dogs. They weigh about 10 lbs together and are very sweet and good around cats and other dogs similar in size. They can get nervous around bigger dogs, but in general, they are comfortable and use to being around other animals and people (though one is more social than the other lol).
I have lived with roommates a good chunk of my 20s so I am very aware of making sure my dogs and I are respectful of others and common spaces. I’ve never had a roommate not like my dogs more than me, and I’m a damn delight lol

I’m very familiar with making sure I’m doing my part in a roommate living space. I like to keep things home-y but clean so stuff like taking out the trash, cleaning a shared bathroom, doing dishes, making sure to throw out my old food, and all that is no stranger to me.
I’m very open toward other people and love people that are the same. I’m very socially conscious, LGBTQ+ friendly, pro-choice, liberal, and love a judgement free space.
I’ve also never missed a rent payment before and always pay my part of bills on time. Communication is also very important to me with roommates. I want a situation where we can easily talk about dos and don’ts or if anything is bothering us about anything.
