27yo Aussie looking for 3 month sub-lease

Hi all,

I am a 27 year old professional from Sydney, Australia and am relocating to New York from the end of August, and am looking for a 3 month lease until end of November.

I'm neat, tidy, considerate, and love staying fit. I work long hours, and having some space to work from home would be great.

Ideally, I'd like to live with other young professionals, or in my own studio / 1BR.

As I won't be able to visit prior to landing in New York, I'd love to meet any prospective housemates, or see any prospective properties, over FaceTime whenever it suits!
