Full-time professional looking for a room

Full-time tenured and finger printed NYC DOE teacher. I work five days a week. Drug/pet/child free. Looking to move in by May 30.

I am consistent with rent payments - pay on time or a little earlier.

Willing to pay more than my budget amount listed for an apartment that has a private bathroom, or other additional amenities such as a gym or larger space, additional closets. Overall, looking to save money while still ensuring you receive your timely payments and have a respectful tenant/roomate.

I mind my business, am low key, down to earth, excellent communicator, friendly, yet reserved, and have strong social/self-awareness.

A clean bathroom is vital in my apartment search.) I do cook and make sure I immediately clean up after myself (not a microwave girl).

I work 5-6 days a week, between my teaching job, after school job, and Saturday school, along with a small business I run, so I can assure you I am responsible and busy.
