Looking for a mature CLEAN freak like me :)

Hello! I’m from Washington Heights, currently living with my grandma at the Bronx. As much as I love my granny I feel like it’s time to spread my wings & live on my own. I like to get to the point… I’m very chill & easy going. I love my personal space & I love when my boundaries are respected. I like learning new things & having deep meaningful conversations with people once in a while. I’m drama free & always chasing peace :) I love going to the gym most of the time & outdoor activities like biking or walking. I don’t mind living with someone who smokes weed, I just don’t want the house to constantly smell like it. I’m SUPER CLEAN; this is a big one for me especially when sharing common spaces. I do expect to live with someone as clean as I am. I cannot stand clutter or someone who doesn’t clean after themselves. I’m a loner for the most part. I know a lot of people but I mostly enjoy doing my own thing. From what people tell me, I’m easy to get along with. If you’re into working out that’s a plus.
