Newly Graduated Physician Assistant Seeking Living

I am a professional female aged 24. I am looking for an available room or someone open to signing a lease together in a mutually desired building! I am available to move from 10/15/2022 with flexible dates. I am open to a single roommate and preferential to groups of roommates. I have a max budget of $3,100/month.
Location is very important to me and I’d like to be somewhere convenient to major subway lines in a high activity area of the city.

I’m going to be working a 9-5 position as a community health provider and I’m hoping to find roommates who would like to enjoy the time off together!

As a roommate I like to keep common areas tidy, I’m very much an on the go person, but I’m looking forward to creating a safe space to relax in within the city.
