Designer seeks clean friendly space

Hi, I am seeking a space that is lgbtq friendly and one that is safe and clean. I am a furniture and housewares designer. I am very tidy and friendly. I don't cook often but would want common spaces to be clean and available. I respect others privacy, but would love to hang out and get to know you as the opportunity arises. I don't party or go out often as my work schedule is demanding.
I mostly enjoy meeting friends for dinner, seeing shows, and museums. I love plants, so lots of natural light is a plus! I am looking for march or April availability. Let me know if this sounds like a fit for you.
