I'm looking for a long term sublet for a few months and for an October/November sign on with a possibility to take over the lease!! OR just a room to rent for a year lease or so! If the spot is good!

Hoping to stay under $1500/month but budget is a bit flexible if something good pops up!

I prefer Bed-Stuy, Bushwick, Crown Heights, Williamsburg, Greenpoint, and LIC locations. Open to Manhattan, east side only though. Also near public transport since I won’t have my car with me! And laundry in building/in unit would be amazing🤩

A little background about me!! I'm 22 years old, currently living in Buffalo, NY, and work in film production. My days are typically 12+++ hours on set and I’m hoping to get a lot of work when I move down so I may not be home too often during the week! But when I am, I love to just relax, catch up on some work/course work, cook, bake, yoga, read, binge, and just explore the city! I’m super chill and would like to find a group of people just like that!

I would love to find people I feel comfortable, safe and can have a friendly relationship😊 Prefer female roommates also! I want it too feel like home almost!! I also don’t smoke and would prefer to be in a non-smoking apartment and I don’t drink excessively either!
