Relocated to Westside after 20 years

I relocated to Western Washington after being on the east side of the state for the last 20 years, I am back in school and also run my own business and trying to determine where I want to land and stay, do not want to commit to a long lease on my own quite yet prefer to have a roommate set up or shared house at the moment. Very laid-back, only child is an adult and living on her own and currently no pets but love them! Willing to use a furnished room for the time being as many of my belongings are still on the east side. Ready to move in right away! Hotels are way too expensive!
