In search of room/roommate!

Hello! My name is Nicole, I'm a laid back person with a love for arts and crafts, movies, kayaking, and spending time with my friends and family. I am a full-time public transit employee, and I'm looking for either a room to rent, or 1-2 roommates to buddy up with!

My perfect roommate is someone who is kind and communicative, respectful of space and noise, likes to keep their space relatively clean, and is financially responsible and independent. I don't mind if you want to have company over, but I do not want to live in a party house. I love animals, but would prefer no birds. Well behaved dogs, cats, small reptiles, and small caged animals are ok, as long as the lease permits. I do not have any animals currently, but may consider having a pet in the future.

I do not smoke cannabis or tobacco. I prefer non tobacco smokers because the smell really bothers me, but I'm okay with cannabis as long as it's not smoked in the home.

My preferred location is around the SE area of Portland (i. e. Sellwood, Milwaukee, Mt. Tabor, etc) and Gresham, as this area is ideal for my commute to work. I am willing to consider other areas depending on the space, and if we are a fantastic fit :)

I am looking for a 120-150sq ft room with a closet preferably. I do not mind sharing a bathroom with one or two other people at the most. In unit or on site laundry is a must. Dishwasher is preferred.
