Reliable roommate seeking bedroom

Hi there, I'm Cas. I'm a Chicago native currently living in Hoffman and looking to move to Schaumburg or other surrounding areas. I put in my two weeks at the job I'm leaving and have settled into my new role located near Roselle and Golf rd. I have my own furniture and one well behaved and neutered cat. Besides listening to ambient video game music on a speaker to fall asleep at night, I mostly stick to headphones. I'm really not looking to spend more than 690 a month, but depending on location that can change. More than willing to upkeep everything throughout the house if you'll knock off a bit of rent. I have a disability and work three 8hr shifts a week. I can provide proof of income and SSDI check. I can't drive, so being able to knock off a part of rent through housework would be awesome to help ease the transportation costs to and from work. If you keep your heat cranked thanks for reading but I can't live like that 😖 I'd be ready to move after October 4th.
