In search of north/central Chicago (sub)lease

Hey there! I’m an Ohio native who’s been living in Lakeview since November. Due to a jump in rent and my current roommate wanting to go solo, I’m now looking to find a new place by the end of March. I’m a neat, friendly, and low-maintenance person. Some things I’m into are art/design, comedy, movies, music, and thrifting. Open to living with up to 2 roommates of any gender. I put 8 months as my max stay but that’s not super firm.

Strong preferences: in-unit or in-building laundry, easy parking, thick walls (and/or quiet neighbors), 100+ sq ft bedroom, and a reasonably attentive landlord

Moderate preferences: Dishwasher, walkable train station, ample natural light
