Female, 25, Creative Young Professional ISO of Room for Rent

Hey! I’m Bella and I’m a NYC native currently living out of state, but wanting to move back at end of year. I’m into the arts and appreciate being around other creatives. My hobbies include going to festivals/concerts, working out, traveling, occasionally making some art, and playing with my two (ESA) cats.

I’m looking for a room or a potential roommate in the city, ideally somewhere close to a major subway line. Furnished would be ideal but not necessary. Also, someone who is cool with cats/has pets of their own, as I’m bringing my two boys with me. I’m fairly clean, though not obsessive and can handle a bit of mess. Please LMK if interested! :) Thanks
