Seeking to Rent a Private Bed/Bath w/good people.

I work part time as a Stage Hand for various MGM properties, along with working at the Venetian Expo 40+ hrs a week, and also volunteer with an off-road Search/Rescue/Recovery 1st Responder group working often with State Law enforcement agencies.

I was born in Las Vegas. I maintain integrity, intelligence and humor in life and am very clean (sorta OCD), very respectful of others and highly organized.

I prefer a furnished bedroom larger than the standard 10'x10' if possible, with a private bathroom or a shared bathroom with a very clean person. Partly furnished room is also okay.

Prefer all utilities included in monthly rent, with laundry facilities available in-house. I have no pets but love all animals. I enjoy cooking healthy and organic meals when possible.

I do smoke cigarettes lightly but never indoors. I don't do any drugs or smoke weed but don't care if you enjoy 420. I don't do drama well so looking for a mostly peaceful home environment.

A place with a private backyard jetted therapy spa (Jacuzzi) would also be preferred.
