Looking for a cat-friendly room in Sacramento

I live very quietly and usually keep to myself for the most part. My cat, Marceline, is much more social. She's an indoor cat, usually very mellow, loves belly rubs. She knows to stay off of kitchen counters, but may occasionally want to drink from a bathroom faucet.

I have my own furniture and kitchenware. Don't mind sharing kitchenware if people are respectful about it.

I enjoy cooking (sometimes chefs pay me to do so) and am often happy to share what I make with housemates.

I'd like to live somewhere that isn't a party house but also isn't strictly sober living. I usually roll an after-work joint and am used to keeping that outside of the house. I also smoke cigarettes sometimes (again, always outdoors), but that's a habit I don't mind losing if it is an issue.

ASAP would be great, but it is also not a problem for me to wait another month or so to move if necessary.
