Professional Female seeks a single large room

I am a professional and quiet female aged 57, that works from home. I am socialable, but tend to stay to myself or goes out with my friend or family member on occation. I am looking for a single large room with private bath (not shared). I am available to move in on 03/01/2023 and have a budget of $900/month. I would like to share with females only, (living with men are not ideal for me), would prefer feamle to be between 40 and 60 years old. I prefer non smokers (period!), I am learning that everyone smokes and its not good for my breathing, no cats due to allergies. I can get my own internet/cable due to my work at home job, if that is ok. Also, I would prefer an unfurnished room so I can bring in my own possessions. Current situation is rough, smokers and no respect for others. Plus I don't like people helping themselves to my things or my food. Would love to be in a place where respect is given.
