Room needed

I moved to New York 18 months ago to pursue my dream of standup and podcasting. I have spent that time living in Midtown East, but my former girlfriend and I have decided to not renew our lease and move on from our relationship. This has provided me with a unique opportunity to find a new place with new people. I go to the gym 6 days a week, and spend my days doing podcasting and other comedy related things. I am not a home body by any means, so I will be out of the apartment more often then not.
I am also sober and have been for many years, so I am not one to cause drama or bring the party home. I have no issues with others drinking or using anything, just not for me anymore. I work at a swanky downtown steakhouse as my main source of income, which has afforded me a wonderful opportunity to earn a great living. My hours, because of the restaurant and comedy, are odd, but I’m incredibly respectful to others sleeping schedules.
I only need a room big enough to fit a full size bed and small desk for my laptop and editing equipment. High speed internet is a must and I’m MORE than willing to cover my share of the bills for high quality Wi-Fi and any other bills that would obviously be split.
