Luxury Apartment Unit in Hell’s Kitchen

I am looking for 2 people to move in with me in an amazing apartment early January. It is in a luxury doorman building located in the heart of the Midtown West between Hudson Yards and Hell’s Kitchen and is within a few blocks of the ferry, subway, and bus lines including the A, C,E, & 7 trains.

The apartment is a 2bed flex 3 and 2 baths corner init with a terrace, dishwasher and in unit laundry.
The fact that it’s a corner unit means that even with the flex wall we still get to have a living room with actual windows and tons of natural lights etc so it’s perfect! I will bring a 70” 4K Smart TV and a probably a bar cart and some of my decorations for the living room and we can figure out together living room furnitures such as sofa, coffee table etc.

I will be taking the master at $2,350 and so the 2 available ones would be the bedroom at $2,150 and the flex room at $2,200 who’s bigger and the only room with a corner unit view. Total rent is $6,700 so our total income combined would need to be 268K. Happy to discuss the rent breakdown for the 2 available rooms!

A little about me I work in audit for a big 4 accounting firm. I am a foodie, I like to go out, visit new places, I travel a looot at least once every 2-3 months and I’m a shopping addict. I am very organized and I like to keep common areas clean and I will clean after myself but won’t be a pain if my other roomates don’t, I’m super flexible, respectful and considerate.
