Room for Me & Small Senior Dog in BK!

Hi everyone!

Looking for a room up to 1300 (flex for the right place) in BK in my selected areas! I'd love to live with just one or two other people...but it's not a dealbreaker, either, for the right situation!! I have a small senior dog who's pretty quiet and sticks with me most of the time in my room. I work in film on a hybrid schedule. Looking for a sublet situation at first for sure anywhere from six months to a year! I'm laid back, definitely clean up after myself, like to cook, and hang with the pup and read.

Please no broker's fees. I'm willing to pay those at a later date, when I find a permanent place, but to sublet a room? No. Thanks, guys!
