Quiet Academic In Search Of Room

Hello! I'm a professor who recently took a tenured job in NYC, stable income there. I'm looking for a place to share for about a year or so, saving up while planning for wife and daughter to move to the area. I'm quiet, clean, responsible, open to all lifestyles, do a lot of writing/reading, cycling; friendly and easy to get along with (so I'm told!); commute back to VA alt weekends to be with the fam.
