Early Bird Looking For A Sublet

My name is Amber. I’m a 26 year old, barista, writer, podcaster, bartender, you name it, from Pennsylvania. I’ve been living in Bedstuy for about 7 years now though. I’m looking for a sublet, and to move in May 1st but I can give a deposit as early as next week. I’m looking for a short stay 3 to 6 months because I’m considering leaving New York City this year. I’m also interested in places that might allow dogs but this isn’t a deal breaker. I’d prefer if the space was furnished with at least a bed.

I’m a quiet girl. Most roommates hardly notice me because I leave before dawn to work at as a barista, and in the summer I bartend some nights as well. I meal prep once or twice a week and try to keep the kitchen clean. I regularly make time to clean shared spaces like the bathroom. I’m social and love to chat but I also don’t expect to make fast friends with roommates. In roommates I value most respect and peace.
