Professional Male looking for room in NYC

I am currently looking to rent a space in NYC. 29 y/o professional who works in Midtown. Super chill, clean, respectful person. Sober for five years. Great income, great credit ect. On my time off I like to go upstate, explore the city and decompress home (listen to records, chill). I also have a clothing brand that operates from my home in upstate NY (also on the search to buy a property upstate). Active person with no drama. I currently live upstate and stay with friends down here, have worked in Manhattan for over a year, and the commuting is not conducive anymore! Open to different situations, whole apartments or roommates if the vibes match. Pretty immediate move so let me know if you have a room that sounds proper!
