Two College-Age Sisters Looking for Summer Housing

Hi! My name is Victoria and I am a sophomore studying at Villanova University. My sister's name is Veronica and she is a junior at William Paterson University. We are looking for housing during our summer break. We are 19 and 20 years old and are looking for a room to share. We are looking for a furnished bedroom and would prefer a private bathroom and at least one parking space, as we share a car.

I do have a pet mouse (Emotional Support Animal) that would stay in the room with us. He is small, doesn't make any noise, and stays in a cage at all times.

We both work over the summer but would like to have friends over occasionally. We would prefer to live with other women. We are neat and would love to socialize with our housemates if they wanted to. Please message with any questions
