Seeking Female Roommate for our House Hunt

Hi. I work 40+ hrs at a hospital. Currently live in a granny flat in Mtn House and looking to drastically cut my commute and rent. Deathly allergic to cats. I love crafting, yoga, and the beach. I just lost my furbaby 1/19/23. I do not plan on rescuing another until I own my own property. I'm respectful n clean of common areas. I am quiet/shy but am very friendly and easy going once you get to know me.

I hate living in an apartment. Loud obnoxious neighbors, screaming kids, people denting your car, paper thin walls/ceilings, and having to park outside the gated complex due to overcrowding of non-residents basically living there... No thank you!

I have found 2 other women and we are now house hunting... looking for 1 other working professional woman to rent a house with in Pleasanton/Dublin.

Move in date is early March.

Calculated the rent... You'd be sharing a bathroom, low end is $875/month. High end with a private bathroom would be $950. This does not include utilities
