Super mellow overnight concierge

I'm looking for a long-term place with responsible roommates and chill vibes. I'm an overnight concierge on the upper west side, so I'm very quiet during the day(and in general). I'm a smoker but very respectful of others. I was born and raised in downtown Brooklyn and have lived in Spanish Harlem for the last ten years. I'm single with no children, I love animals, and i don't bring the party home.
