Clean Reliable Easy-Going

I’m looking to relocate back into the Sacramento area. I tend to keep to myself most of the time, but in social situations I can fit I comfortably with a wide variety of personality types. Between work, caring for my mother (she lives in Elk Grove and recovering from a medical procedure), and connecting with friends much of my time will be spent away from home.
I’m looking to rent a room, ideally with my own bathroom. The room itself need only be large enough to accommodate a queen size bed, a night stand, a wall mounted TV, and a closet.
Having access to use the kitchen with storage space for food and a safe place to park my car is needed. Any/Everything else would be a bonus.
