Need a room ASAP

Hi Y'all I'm Joseph and the cute ball of fur in my pics is Rudy we are currently looking for a new home! I don't particularly mind if the room is big or small I'm more of a minimalist myself. I also don't mind who my roommate is I'm open to everyone and am very very respectful, Clean, and quiet. One benefit of having me as a roommate would be I'm a former contractor and can fix just about anything around the house. I also was a mechanic and still work in the industry just from home now that being said I can also fix just about anything when it comes to cars!
