Wanted dog friendly room

Prefered female introvert roommate. Can’t be a sketchy area. Price is negotiable.
I am a quiet female, fellow introvert, clean, considerate. Work 7am-3.30, Have a super friendly small senior terrier dog. She doesn’t bark and loves everyone. I like to ride my motorcycles in my spare time as well as commute on it.
Don’t have visors or over night guests often but the place needs to be open to it.
Looking for an unfurnished Med-LG room (dresser ok). As close to Poway as possible but will consider surrounding areas within 20miles.
Quiet, clean, respectful roommate that likes to communicate and is easy going but keeps to themselves and isn’t trying to constantly talk to me. I listen to my music on headphones only. Doesn’t smoke/do drugs or drink very much. Looking for fellow QUIET people that don’t go out drinking and don’t have visitors constantly unless significant other.
Room for my 2 motorcycles in the garage is. MUST. Driveway or street parking is not what I’m looking for.
Needs to have laundry.
