Looking for a room or a roommate

I’m a music teacher working at a music school. Graduated from Berlin University of the Arts, Yale and Columbia. I am respectful, clean and very chilled, and I don’t make much noise. As long as my roommates are clean and don’t walk around the apartment with their shoes on, I am fine. I love having good conversations and hanging out, but it’s also fine for me if you don’t. I have a 35lb border collie. He is very clever. potty trained and house trained. No accidents at all. I wash him often and his breed just don’t smell. Please feel free to ask me questions. :)
