Looking for rooms or roommates to start a share

Looking for potential current rooms. But for anyone looking to start a new place, I have a few places I'm looking at in Waltham that can fit 3 people for ~$1300 each. Looking in other areas as well.

I am 28M and work as a professional in biotech and have to travel into Cambridge during the week. I am trying to find a place around the Watertown area outside of Boston. Would preferably have a private bathroom. Parking, AC, and a washing machine are must haves though. The timeline is far away just as prep for when my current apartment contract is up.

I am decently clean, quiet, more of a stay at home person though I do like going out, can be friends or keep to myself. I have most streaming services, into video and board games, craft beer, cooking/baking, books, and fitness.
