Looking for room or to buddy up

Hi! I am a single working professional with no children or pets. I work 2 jobs, so not a loud partyer or anything like that. I am fourtwenty friendly, but smoke no ciggs. (Don't mind if you do though). Looking for a place with parking and a private bathroom. Preferably with utilities included, but not a requirement. Willing to rent both long or short term, as well as willing to rent a larger apt with someone, as long as it includes parking and I have my own bathroom. I am easygoing about everything else and can always negotiate/compromise on things. For buddy ups, must have a paystub record of a steady job, as I have been at my job for over 8yrs. Thanks!
