Need Private Room W/Bathroom

I prefer a room w/private bathroom, utilities included in the rent if possible, Internet/Wifi available tv in the room preferred. I DO NOT want to live with several other tenants only the homeowner. I am very clean, and organized, outgoing, love to laugh, looking for somewhere quiet and in a convenient location to restaurants, shopping or grocery. Deposit must be refundable.
