Quiet Professional Looking for a Room

Hi, I am looking for a place in the Vancouver area as the company I work for just relocated there from Beaverton and I'm currently commuting.
Just some basics, I am looking for a place where the top priorities are consideration, communication and mutual respect. I prefer some place quiet in general, but definitely during normal sleeping hours. Community spaces, primarily the kitchen, kept wiped off from crumbs and spills. That's about it for my most important things.
I love pets but have none of my own. I actually do pet/house sitting on a regular basis, so I'm usually gone at least once every couple months for anywhere from 3 days to 2 weeks (although 2 weeks is rare). I also do photography as a hobby.
I work for a small company and have regular M-F 9-5 job.
Obviously there's lots more, so let's talk.
