Clean young professional looking for a room

Hi, I'm Terra!

I currently live (alone) and work (operations at Amazon) in Aurora, however, I'll be accepting a role in north Denver shortly so I'm hoping to scope out a place to live come July when my current lease is up. I'm looking for a 10-15 min commute with my future role in the 80216 area. Financially stable, but looking to save up for a year or two and maybe get a bit more socializing in, so I'd prefer we get along. Open to an apartment or townhome, I'm just about minimal to no lawn care if I'm being honest. Down for just one other roommate, or two to swing for a 3B. Prefer newer or updated places, in unit laundry is a non-negotiable for me. Prefer private bathrooms as well if possible.
I've scoped out a few places as well so feel free to hit me up about them!

I work full-time and am very career-focused, but I only work four days a week, so I do enjoy being home. My schedule can be nights or days depending on the needs of the business. I currently work nights, but I'm used to it and live by noise-blocking sleeping buds, so no need to worry about that being an issue. I'm very laid back but also outdoorsy. so I love to lounge as much as I love to hit the mountains. Drama is a no for me.

I also come with the world's sweetest cat, Sarabi, so here's to hoping you don't have allergies and or are anticat She's litter trained, up to date on vaccines, brushed weekly, and her nails are trimmed weekly. She's not one to go after the furniture and has a plethora of toys to keep her occupied. She will expect cuddles and does not acknowledge personal space though. Prefer others without other pets, but willing to do a meet-up test if the fits right,

I'm on the clean side and like to dust/vacuum weekly with daily tidying-up done as needed. Dishes and foodstuff up...because that's how you get ants. Do you want ants? I drink occasionally but prefer to do so socially. You do you, but I am officially too old for frequent partying. Occasional, let's go, beyond that...Zzzzzz. So in short... let's be respectful of the common spaces and one another, and everything will be good. :)
