I currently live in Astoria and looking for a new apartment in NYC that has respectful and clean roommates .I am a 43 year old professional working in the non profit and team building industry with companies such as The Red Cross, Boys and Girls Club, Ronald McDonalds House & other incredible organizations. I currently travel at least 7 to 14 days out of the month for events for work and when I am home I am pretty quiet and usually fall asleep around 10pm weekdays. I don't smoke or have any pets.
