Looking for rooms and roommates

I am looking for a roommate to move into a two bed, two bath apt with less than 45 min commute to prudential. I want to live in a unit with ample sunlight and relatively bigger bedrooms, preferably with walk-in closet. My max budget is 1900$ for my portion of the rent. Looking for an April end move in.
I am work as a scientist in academia. Looking for a working professional roommate. We can discuss the rest via phone call or chat.

Preferred locations: Jamaica Plain (e. g., search 3525 N Washington St 
on hotpads), Medford (e. g., Modern Medford, Wellington Place), Malden (e. g., Gateway at Malden Centre, 160 Pleasant Street Apt), Melrose (e. g., The Washingtons, Windsor at oak Gove) with less than 12 min walk to the orange line station.
Jefferson Apt at Dedham station might also work due to the commuter rail access.
Some locations in Alston close to the green line might work as well.
