Looking for a peaceful/chill space...

Hi, I’m Alex, writer/photographer from New York City. My cat and I are looking for a chill room to call ours for now. She would stay in the room with me (unless it were a perfect situation where she could roam around). I’m very friendly, but I mostly keep to myself.

I’m fine if you have pets. Not sure why the summary says I am not.

I’m a music, film and art buff. I like to be close to nature.

I’d love a room with its own bathroom, but it isn’t a dealbreaker. I’m vegetarian, mostly vegan. I am fine if you eat meat.

I have a severe mold sensitivity, so that is a big thing for me…!

Budget says 800 but I’m flexible.
