Hello!
I’m an architecture student looking for housing in NYC for this summer. (May 29th through August 11th.) All I need is a furnished, private room with good transportation to the World Trade Center, where I’ll be interning.
As a roommate, I’m super quiet and almost obsessively neat. I love to cook. In fact, I have an arrangement with one of my current roommates where he pays for half of my grocery bill in exchange for getting half of everything I make! If you’re a student or professional, I’ll be very curious about what you do and probably ask you tons of questions about it.
My only dealbreaker is consistent loud noise late into the night. (Besides the obvious ones: unsanitary conditions, windowless room, etc.) If I can’t sleep, I will not be a happy duckling.
