Young Professional seeking Room/Roommates

I'm looking for a room to sublet, or to get a group of likeminded young professionals together to sign a lease.

A bit about me: I was born and raised in sunny Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, and I'm a graduate of Florida State University. I studied international affairs and recently began a career in the nonprofit sector. I work in fundraising consulting primarily with social/human services clients.

In terms of my lifestyle, I would describe myself as a pretty low-key housemate. I've lived with roommates for the last four years; I'm accustomed to sharing space, and I do my best to be unobtrusive and neat. I cook a decent bit, and I enjoy making food for others as well. In my free time, I like to read, go to bars, and play piano (and I should mention I would be bringing a keyboard with me).

I'm a big fan of craft beer and am just breaking into the NY rock music and pub scene. During the week, I would be working 9-5, in-office 3 days a week and from home 2. I'm pretty early-to-rise, early-to-bed, but I enjoy going out on the weekends.
