Looking for a place for my cat and I

Currently remote work from home full time, permanent. Need private room, private bath and access to Internet/wifi for work. My cat is spayed, vaccinated, indoor, outdoor if supervised. Can't live with smoking, vaping, , drugs or partys. I'm quiet, employed, college educated, hate drama and stress. I drink wine mostly on Fridays, love working in the yard, and keep to myself. My cat will probably love you more than she loves me.
