hi! I am looking to sign a long term lease for a room in an apartment between May-June. I have two very sweet cats that are litter box trained and cuddle!. I'm a PhD student at Columbia studying Marx, Hegel, and political philosophy. I'm into movies (love film forum, metrograph, have a criterion subscription), concerts (I go to so many shows lol), art, and left politics. Happy to be friends with my roomies or at least acquaintances :). I'd say I'm very clean and respectful of common spaces.
