Looking For A Room

I am a male looking for a single private bedroom (furnished or unfurnished) with a window and locking door, that is located in a CLEAN (meaning no junk taking up space in the common areas) house or apartment that has a bathroom, and a kitchen, and a living room. I will pay up to $700 a month rent (with or without utilities included) and one month's security deposit on a month-to-month rental basis (no lease) with an independant renter only, please (no broker).I am looking to move in May 1 and am looking for a long-term residence, but I will accept short-term if available. I work an independent contracting job (as a Shipt shopper) and also occasionally work from home as an Ebay reseller. I am an omnivore who likes to cook every day. Please contact me ONLY if you are willing to rent the room on a "first come, first serve" basis, NOT if you are planning to interview a whole bunch of people just to arbitrarily pick the "best" one (I am just trying to find a place to live, not looking to enter a popularity contest to "win" a room.
