I'm a friendly, optimistic, even-tempered midwestern person who enjoys low-keyed activities, walking, Netflix, dining in and out, and working. I work as a care-givier for the elderly on a part-time basis as I am semi-retired. I would like to live in a tidy, more-minimalist house with another person who enjoys the same. I don't mind animals but no more than one. I'm cooperative and prefer a clean kitchen and bathroom and enjoy art and design. You have a tastefully designed home that is warm and inviting, and an outdoor area for visiting with friends/neighbors. I am content to be alone and with other like-minded folks. I do not have a significant other and enjoy my life.
