Easy going couple,responsible,clean.

I'm 63, my partner is 59. I work from home as a fundraiser(5 years with company),partner is a handyman genius, mechanic, plumber, drywall, etc. We are looking to rent a room or share a house. We are responsible, mellow, no drama. We have two parakeets who stay in a large cage in our room, they are also mellow and tame. We are kind, and young at heart. We don't get riled up at petty things, we're clean and would like it to be long term if it works out. We can provide references from those we've rented from and income stubs. Am amiable to most situations, we are really in our room most of the time, though my partner is out fixing things, anything. Lol. serious only please. Thank you!!!
