Looking for a room/apt

I'm commonly described as a mellow guy though I like to have some laughs, play/make music, and game a bit. That is all when I'm not working in my Monday to Friday, hybrid role in advertising. If I had a pick of a potential roommate it'd be someone easy-going yet neat. To be mindful and respectful of others, like I try to be. Reliable as well on their end of things as well as communicative about anything concerning, being out, guests, etc. Not noisy or one to be sooo into partying, easy-going as well as easy to get along with. Don't expect to become besties or anything but of course it'd be nice to be friendly at least. This is a first time I'm looking for a roommate. Have experienced a horror story with one and hope to not have that again.
