Looking to Share Space

I am a person whose age is somewhere in the middle of life and am looking for someone with space to share. I am on the quiet side but am a friendly sort. We can just be roommates sharing living space but, we will hopefully grow to be friends. I am hoping to move soon as my landlord is renovating and trying to shoehorn me out. I do have the most amazing cat walking with me through life. I enjoy music, movies, and art of all kinds. I love to bake but it usually turns out kind of wonky (except for bread - I can make a fine loaf of bread). I am looking for a place anywhere in the center city area or perhaps South Philly.
